On November 11, 2011, the very first legal cruise ship wedding was performed in Grand Turk. Dee not only performed that wedding but was instrumental in effecting the necessary changes in the TCI Marriage Ordinance that would accommodate same day weddings for cruise ship passengers.

The basic reality of our day was that it was fabulous - the only friends we had was one another, so there was none to invite to our wedding!   So Dee brought along some of hers to witness our union (actually they didn't stay quite that long!) but they will remain with us forever.  We asked Dee for very little but she provided a personal, intimate, touching and heartfelt service which meant everything to us.  In fact we would say it was as convivial and joyous a wedding day that one could possibly have with new acquaintances… hospitality without bounds and we will be forever grateful.

"Dee earned a special place in our hearts by getting thoroughly involved in all aspects of our marriage ceremony- from smoothing the sand under our flower-filled archway, on her hands and knees at 6 AM, to reviving a fainting bridesmaid.... If you are looking for a picturesque place to be wed, and a caring person to help you along the way...TCI and Dee Conolly are the perfect combination."
